Cinderella Bakery & Cafe
Patisserie: Piroshki
Eastern Europe’s answer to the hand pie.
Made from a soft, yeast-leavened dough, these portable pocket-buns are packed with savory or sweet fillings.
This will be vegetarian.
Breadbelly
Patisserie: Kaya Bun
Cloud-soft milk bread filled with kaya (a rich, velvety Southeast Asian custard infused with coconut milk and aromatic pandan).
It's the perfect harmony of a fluffy, chewy bite and a sweet, tropical center.
